How we use our own product (and what we learned)

We are recording all our interactions with you, and we found some interesting insights along the way:

  • Product managers copy and paste pages and pages of transcripts in Claude and ChatGPT, asking for insights. We built a strong analysis pipeline, every single ticket created can be traced back to the sentence, zero hallucination, zero bias.
  • Most founders never come back to their notes, and cross their fingers their guts are right. You don’t have to ever come back to your notes in Ansearch. (We give you the link to it in Linear, or you can ask in the chat, though).
  • Many insights are lost because people are doing their job well, but ignore the big picture: In sales calls or support requests, many people focus on doing their job well, but may not notice critical insights provided by the customer. With Ansearch, those situations don’t happen anymore: we collect everything, even if your sales rep thought it was a tiny thing.
